The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has issued a disclaimer about recent fake recruitment scams targeting job seekers.
The disclaimer issued on December 13, said, these scams appear as fraudulent messages or emails that request personal information or payment in exchange for a job opportunity at the FDA.
Hence, the FDA warned the public to be vigilant and avoid responding to unsolicited communications asking for sensitive data or money.
The Authority emphasized that such messages are not legitimate and should be treated with suspicion and caution.
It advised individuals to report any suspicious messages to the FDA’s Head Office or its Regional Offices nationwide to be addressed.
